Rachel Emily Taylor is a recent graduate from the Royal College of Art.
From an early age she was influenced by her doll-maker mother, and a childhood spent between Sydney, Konongo and the North Yorkshire moors. Experiences that feed her creative practice.
Working across a variety of mediums, ranging from photography to wax sculpture, Rachel is driven by research and literature, which she adapts and entwines to create new multi-layered fictions that frequently revolve around mirrors, identities and transformations.
